Refund and Returns Policy
At Espadan Tees, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must also be in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
All approved returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at [Return@espadantees.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.
If the item is not eligible for a refund (due to damage, wear, or customization), we will notify you and provide options to return the item to you at your expense.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item was defective or you received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
