DTF Direct-to-Film Full-Color Transfers

Our DTF Full-Color Transfers are soft, high-quality transfers suitable for all fabric types. No minimum order requirements exist, whether you need a single transfer or a large batch. You can choose from individual, ready-to-press transfer sheets or DTF gang sheets with multiple designs on one sheet.

We also offer various DTF transfers and custom heat transfer options, including custom-printed HTV, sublimation transfers, rhinestone transfers, and more.

Our transfers work well with cotton, polyester, and most fabrics, but we always recommend conducting a test press for the best results.

Artwork Details

• DTF transfers can be ordered as single.
• Any detail smaller than 1 point (0.35mm) will have a colored outline/backing added by our production team to match the intended garment color.
• Ensure your design does not exceed the selected sheet size.
• Copyrighted material is not permitted without written authorization.
• All artwork is converted to CMYK before production. Artwork submitted in other formats may result in color inconsistencies.

Production Time

• Our team will reach out within 1-2 business days for processing.
• A digital proof will be emailed if the $10 proof fee is selected.
• If the proof fee is not selected, a confirmation email with an updated timeline will be sent.
• Production time is typically 2-4 business days.
• Large orders may experience extended production times. Please contact us at info@espadantees.com for timeline inquiries.
• All orders ship from Germantown, MD, based on your selected shipping method (e.g., Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air).

Proofing & Approvals

• Proof Fee: $10.00 per order
  • The proof fee applies to the entire order. You can choose which designs you want to receive a digital mock-up for by selecting “Yes” or “No” for each design.

If you select “Yes” for Proof:

• Our artist will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm details. The digital mock-up will be sent within one business day, depending on the design’s complexity. You are allowed up to 2 free changes* to the mock-up. Additional changes will incur a $10 redesign fee.
• Once the final mock-up is approved, production begins.

If you select “No” for Proof:

• Your design will be reviewed by our artists, and they will contact you if there are any issues. If everything is approved, you’ll receive an email with the estimated production timeline.
• By selecting “No” for proof, you are trusting our team to manage your design and expedite your order.
